Peaceful Weekend

We had a continuous fine snowfall that accumulated to a few inches. Enough for shoveling exercise without a backache. We went shopping for stock window shades to shut out the low angle sun. The box stores have pretty much eliminated their off-the-shelf stock. All custom order now. We had lunch at Sanford's with penny draft beers. Three cents pretty much set us up for nap time.

Loved New Orleans pulling out a win over Washington to prolong their perfect record. The Redskins suffered fluke after fluke with booth reviews favoring the Saints each time. Admittedly I was rooting for associative justice - Politicians vs. Religious - "Didn't like that call? Go talk to Obama! Ha, ha."

Now Monday morning starts peacefully enjoying coffee in the glow of the Christmas tree lights and radiators.
