Scrooge Goes to the Polls

As a citizen of a lop-sided one-electoral voting state, my personal vote may not have much effect on the presidential election. Local politics becomes the major reason to vote - library or not, college building or not, liberal Congressman or ditzy Congresswoman... wait, that's the national level - I shall have a say in Washington!
