I had my first root canal last Thursday. It was a two-hour procedure to address four roots. The tooth was cracked and "in peril". It was not sensitive to cold and thus diagnosed as dead. However, it was functional and insured so rather than pull it we proceeded with the root canal. Today it feels strong and painless so I am anxious to schedule the permanent cap.
My back is sore, either from moving the loaded cupboard away from the sewer clean out, or else from lifting Buddy in and out of the pickup so as to not aggravate his hip displasia. It became much less achy after hearing from Gus who had two stents put in last week. And the pain is non-existent after hearing from Dan who had three more cancerous spots show up on his latest scan that need immediate surgery.
