Friday night a couple of tired bucks nestled down in the back yard. They munched on Dix' flowers and ate apples from the tree. We turned off the security light to give them a little privacy. Dix said they looked tired and the bigger buck laid down. He was reaching around to nibble on his back when the weight of his antlers took him off balance and into a roll. That was pretty funny - a clumsy moment he hoped nobody saw. The pictures were taken in dusk and dark but Picassa photo-shopping made it look like daytime. Then mosied off around midnight.
