The wedding in Jackson was enjoyable and beautiful in the setting of the Tetons. The bride and groom showed tenderness patting each other's faces during the ceremony. Big strong Uncle Nick was shedding tears. There was a moment of silence for the bride's father Ed and that got me going too. At the reception I had too much wine for a designated driver. There were a couple of wealthy boors at our table who crashed the party as the guests of Uncle Mike who was invited but not appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our company, including Delores' granddaughter who was all hair on the dance floor.

Back in Casper the driveway project resumed with trenching for neighbor Ed's new sewer line. His renter decided she just had to take a shower when they were trying to connect at the city sewer, causing a gumbo mess for the workers. Since they had just asked us to not use the water, they thought the water was coming from a connection to the old line at some unknown location. In panic they cut an unnecessary hole in the main sewer and began exploring for the source, finally realizing it was Ed's idiot renter. A retired neighbor came over to rubberneck the project and Dix asked him and his buddy to not bother the workers and leave the property. He said ok but continued to peer into the dangerous trench. Dix said get off the property NOW! and they stalked off.
