With the first day of Spring and beautiful weather, it was time to get out the barbecue grill. We had a package of Buffalo burger in the freezer so we used a recipe from the Internet, with olive oil, minced onion, thyme, bread crumbs, egg, and Worchestershire sauce. 
Made double patties with cheese, not overcooked. It was our best shot but still nothing to serve company. Spook liked his, however.
