Busy Busy Busy

I spread fertilizer with crabgrass inhibitor. Les told the broadleaf we have in Wyoming is not actually crabgrass so it remains to be seen if there will be any effect. I replaced a fitting on the irrigation manifold that had ruptured from turning on the water too soon one nice weekend and forgetting to drain the line afterwards. The rest of the system was nice to me - all lines and sprinkler heads were eager to do their jobs.

The old patio cover is gone - turned into claim stakes. I consulted Gus to make the connection between black pipe and plastic for the underground electric. We found just the right connection at Menard's. There appears to be a hangup though six feet into the pipe. We'll try fish taping it today. Dix continued with the paint scraping and started priming the new boards.

The neighbor woman managed to stay indoors all weekend despite the beautiful weather. She have not mowed their yard yet and their dandelions are sprouting. Yard work appears to be the responsibility of her husband who is away on a drilling rig. The beautiful antique roses that were in the back appear to be gone.
